Amongst a box of slides left by Mr Ettling in the school on his retirement 
(largely related to pictures of Ickenham and its trees) 
is this showing the school in 1969 with the first floor additions in place.  
Of note is an object on the field, at the extreme right, 
possibly the entrance to the air raid shelters built for use during World War II.
