Here we are, before the main gate. |
Once inside, we looked at the |

| It was a cold day so the heat from the fire in the kitchens was welcome | |

| All this Tudor food made us feel quite hungry. | |

So, time for lunch ... |
... always a highlight! |

| Once more into the courtyard | to meet our Tudor guide |

| He told us many things including how they understood the world | |
|
|

| and explored it. | |
|
|
| There were so many tales of the great explorers.. | |
|
|

| their deeds... | |
|
|

... and where they went.
It was a very interesting day. |
