The first ever Breakspear Walk to School Week started in the rain. 
But spirits weren't dampened...

 ...especially with Mr. Blobby at the Hoylake Crescent gate.

But Tuesday was a much better day, just the weather for filling in the I-Spy sheet.
Our neighbourhood police and community support officers were on hand.

The highlight was Friday when the Police Mascot arrived...

to welcome walkers.

Plenty of helpers to give stickers to those who had walked.

Meanwhile on the Junior Playground Miss Day was examining the police patrol car... 
she wasn't the only one!
