Year 3's Visits to the British Museum - 1

The three Year 3 classes visited the British Museum to help them in their study
of the Ancient Greeks.  As usual when we visit London,
they used the Underground.  Here is an account of their day.

First, we set off for Ickenham station, taking care to cross the roads safely.

Once on the train, bound for Euston Square, we had quiz sheets to complete.
This kept us busy all the way there and (almost) all the way back!
3D took their 'mascot' with them - he wasn't going to miss a day out.

We entered the British Museum museum by the main entrance
- it looked just like a Greek temple.

Then it was into the Great Court and down to the Education Centre, where we could leave our coats and bags.
