The Lower School Choir at the Pavilions

Over the term the Lower School Choir, children from Years 3 and 4,
had met regularly with Mrs. Williams.
They had been invited to join with a number of other Hillingdon Schools
to sing at the Carol Concert at the Pavilions Shopping Center in central Uxbridge.

5.45 p.m. and the choir members began arriving.
Mrs. Williams checked everyone off on her list
and then it was time to head for the main hall

Mr, Hingley was there too, to give a hand.

Once in the main hall the choir joined all of the other child.  It was packed!

The Mayor and Mayoress were there.

The Carol Concert got underway with everybody singing some well-known
Christmas Carols.  The Salvation Army Band played.

Mrs. Slade and her husband were there
(so were Miss Oliver and Mrs. O'Donoghue but we haven't got a picture of them!)

Some children from other schools told the Christmas story.
Then there was the main presentation

Then, after one final Christmas carol it was time to leave.
(we might look a bit sad - we weren't, we were tired: it had been a long day!)
