On Tuesday 18 October Year 4 set off for Harrow Synagogue: 
a walk to Ickenham Station, the Metropolitan to Harrow on the Hill 
and then another short walk and we were there.

Inside the synagogue Mrs Davonport had a short chat with David, 
and then he spoke to us all.

We were divided into our classes.
We saw the Torah scrolls in their ark and Michael showed us one, 
explained how it was made and what was in it.
