Over three days each Year 3 class visited the British Museum in London.
Their mission - to look at original artifacts: sculptures, vases, 
and many other things created by the Ancient Greeks, 
people whose culture they were studying at school.

Here we are, already to set off on the trip

After a brisk walk to Ickenham Station we wait patiently for the train to arrive.

Then the journey into London with some interesting work to do.

We walk down Gower Street and eventually arrive 
in front of the main entrance to the British Museum.  Time for a photo!
