Let My People Go - 1

Year 4 presented four fantastic performances
of their retelling of the Exodus story.

The story started with Joseph recalling how the Jewish people arrived in Egypt
and how, over time, they became slaves of the Egyptians.

Then God spoke to Moses from the Burning Bush
and instructed him to confront Pharaoh
and insist that he let the Jews return to their homeland.
Moses' brother Aaron would help.

Pharaoh was enjoying watching his evening entertainment....

... when Moses and Aaron arrived, 'Let the Jewish people go.'
'No, no, no!'

Pharaoh would clearly require a little gentle persuasion.
With God's help the River Nile turned to blood.
