Then, underground once again as we visit the Masson Cavern.

Finally we came out on the hillside with a spectacular view of Matlock below.

After the walk down from the Heights of Abraham 
we explored the other side of the valley at Matlock Bath.

More play equipment - even the adults seem to be enjoying themselves!

Then we set off for the Youth Hostel at Eyam.
Once arrived we had to take our bags up to the house, 
make our beds and then was time for dinner, 
some games outside and, quite late, a good night's sleep.
