Just before 11 o'clock all children and staff, from Reception to Year 6,
gathered on the Junior playground. 

It was a time to stop what we were doing...

... and stand in thoughtful silence to show respect for all those
 who have died or been injured in conflict 
in order that we may live free and hopefully in peace.

We heard the maroons marking the start and end of the two minute,

listened the Last Post and Reveille,

and heard words from Laurence Binyon’s ‘For the Fallen’.

"We will remember them.”
