The children in Reception had been finding out 
about all the wonderful people who help us - real heroes.
As part of their work they held a special superhero day
celebrating all those fictional characters who also do good works in stories.

We showed each other our superhero costumes.  
Here are some of us.

Then we did some action songs all together.

We really enjoyed our day.
When we grow older we will try to do good things 
and be like the real heroes we've learnt about!
