he went with the Artful Dodger

but nearly got arrested for 
stealing a wallet.

But instead found himself cared for 
by Mr. Brownlow.

Later in the story 
Bill Sykes killed Nancy, 

Mr Bumble tried to sell Mr. Brownlow information about the whereabouts of his grandson.

At the end of the story Oliver 
was discovered to be 
Mr. Brownlow's  grandson.

And there was general rejoicing.
