New drainage needed to be put in place.

All this was before the end of the summer term.

The floor was raised where the courtyard  used to be...

and part of the space was bricked up.

Then the plasterer arrives...

to cover the ceiling and walls.

The ramp was put in where the external
 door would be later.

As the room began to take shape the new
 kitchen units arrived.

We could begin to see...

what a great room this would be.

The units began to be fitted...
