8 November, and Year 4 set off for St Albans and 
the ancient Roman City of Verulamium.
Part of the day was spent in the education centre where we had a talk....

handled some roman objects...

Later we went to visit what was left of the old Roman Theatre

But as always, one of the highlights of the day was lunch, with the building 
covering the hypocaust in the distance.
