Fortunately is was mild for the time of year as Year 4 set off to explore Roman Britain as it was lived in Verulamium, now part of modern St Albans. |

We saw a beautiful mosaic floor that must once have brightened someone's home. |

In no time at all it was the most important event of the day - lunch time! Then it was time to look at some real Roman objects - as well as some copies. |
