A group of five Breakspear pupils represented the school in a 
Borough event held at Harefield Junior School. 
    

They had been reading 'The Boy in the Biscuit Tin' by Heather Dyer and now needed to mount a presentation based on their reading of the book. 
They were suitably dressed:

They were listened to by a panel of judges, 
as well as all the other children taking part

There was also a presentation by the guest author Sally Nicholls, 
winner of the Waterstone's Childrens Book Prize for 2008 
for her story 'Ways to Live Forever'.
