Over the first half of the summer term a number of children in Year 4 
worked with a group of parents to prepare a very special workshop 
as part of the term's study of India.

It's Friday 23 May and Mrs. French introduces the event.

Meanwhile a special group of children who will help illustrate 
aspects of the workshop are sitting quietly ready to play their part.

The workshop is underway with some basic information about India, the country.

There is a lot to find out about the people who live there. 

To help understand better the parents had prepared a special exhibition, 
including some delicious food we were able to eat. 

We were tested on how much we already knew 
from the work we had been doing in class.
