Heading south from St Paul's Cathedral 
and onto the Millennium Bridge over the River Thames...

We reach Tate Modern, the Turbine Hall, and Doris Salcedo’s Shibboleth.  Taking care not to fall into the crack across the hall's floor (who knows how far we'd fall) we pose for a photograph.

After lunch we head for the Britain at War Experience
to find out what life may have felt like during the Second World War.

Having collected all the information we needed for work back at school....

It was time to try on the uniforms.
