On 24 February Year 6 visited Bhaktivedanta Manor near Watford.  
This was part of their study 
of the Hindu religion.  
Bhaktivedanta Manor was given to the  Hare Krishna movement 
in the early 1970's 
by the former Beatle George Harrison

First we visited the grounds.  The Hindus seek to live in harmony with their environment so they have an interest in renewable energy.

Then there was a visit to the Cow Shed by way of the ox cart.

After that we went into the house to hear about the Hindu religion.
Meditation is an important part of the religion.

We exchanged garlands.
