On Friday 25 March
Year 6 decided to take a 'creative' approach to history.
After a term's work on Britain since 1930, all the children came together
for a day to consolidate their understanding.
Using the hall, the
ICT facilities and the studio, their mission was to
work in groups to produce a written and pictorial account of one specific
decade
and then to choose one event from that decade and present it dramatically.
It needed to be completed and presented to the year group
between 11.20 a.m. and 3.00 p.m.
What a challenge!
We sent
Mrs. Clegg around the groups with her camera
to capture a 'scrap book' of the day's activities.
