Here we all are at Alum Bay, first taking a look at the glass works.


Then it was onto the chair lifts for the journey down to the beach ...

... and the waiting boat for a trip out to the Needles - it was a bit wet, as you can see.



Once back on dry land ...

... and up the cliff the way we had come ...

... we walked over Tennyson Down, to the waiting coach at Freshwater Bay.
