Finally it was off to Eyam, the Youth
Hostel (uphill again) and eventually our evening meal (with a birthday cake for someone). |
|

| After a period of quiet diary writing we set off for the village play area. | |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The next morning we explored the
historic plague village in our groups and using our map skills. |
|
|
|
|

| After lunch it was back to Matlock Bath, the Mining Museum, the Temple Mine and panning for gold. | |
