2013 - Greenwich

17 September 2013 ~ Year 5's visit to The Royal Observatory, Greenwich

Year 5 set off for the Royal Observatory at Greenwich on 17 September - We haven't got many pictures - everybody was so fascinated by the things we saw on the trip - but here are the few that we did take. First the Central Line into London ... and onto the Docklands Light Railway.




Finally a brisk walk through Greenwich Park.




Once there, there was a talk. We then went outside to stand on the Meridian Line, dividing East from West.
