When we came to collect natural materials, we toured the grounds.
We saw trees with evidence of woodpeckers having 'pecked'!

Then we mounted out natural materials on 'specimen' strips.

Before we knew it, it was lunch time!

At the end of lunch we had to see how much rubbish we collected 
- we got a Gold Certificate because we had so little.

In the afternoon we hunted for living things on land.
We found frogs and snails.

We took them back to the education centre for a closer look.
