After walking back around the park.... 

...and crossing the road, we made our final visit - 
to the remains of the Roman Theatre.
This was a theatre for plays, not an amphitheatre for gladiators.

We had had an interesting and exciting day.
We were lucky the weather was good, 
(no snow, ice or bitterly cold winds, we even saw the sun once or twice)
and there were so many interesting things to see
to help us understand our school work better.
Yes, it was a great day!
