2006 - British Museum

	22 November 2006 ~ Year 6 visit the British Museum - 6G's Day

Here we are, setting off...	from West Ruislip Station.

Mrs Gray said we had to have a 'formal' picture for Mr Rutter to put on the website...

... but we much preferred this more casual one!

Once inside the British Museum Egyptian Galleries...	there was much to be seen.

The boys were particularly interested in the giant scarab.

There were a lot of things we had to find out.	Fortunately there were plenty of information panels to help us.

Often we had to get down on the floor ...	for the best view.

We left the museum knowing a lot more about the Ancient Egyptians.
