Once the pipe was in place 
it was covered over.

One end was near the building, 
ready to be connected up.

The other was near the wall, where the mains water comes onto the site.

Everything was ready 
for the final connection.

The railings either side of the path 
were in place and being painted.

The coping stones had to cut carefully before being put into place.

The gates needed 
new drop bolts fitted. 

The ground was landscaped 
and stocked with new plants.

Finally, the new boundary wall 
was completely finished...

and ready to welcome future generations of Breakspear families.
