Day 2
In the morning we worked in our groups, using an OS map 
to find our way to various historical sites in the village of Eyam.

We had our packed lunch in the education room ...

Before setting off back to Matlock Bath, the Mining Museum 
(the mine shafts were great fun) ...

... and the Temple Mine (which was very damp and muddy, 
and needed hard hats - the roof of the mine was very low in places).

Once back at the Youth Hostel, and refreshed by our evening meal, we were able to get down to the sports field for some games.
