Tuesday 18 November and 6J set off from West Ruislip Station 
for central London, 

Tottenham Court Road, and the British Museum.

(Here's us back in Year 3, same place, but two and a half years younger!)

After battling our way to the Rosetta Stone we then explored
other exhibits on the ground floor - sarcophagi, 

statues, 

incised scripts (hieroglyphs actually)

and scarabs.

Not to forget making a few notes along the way!

Lunch, and then upstairs for the mummies and various objects for the afterlife.
