In the first week of the holiday work progresses 
in putting the roof onto the extension

Once the beams and a solid roof are in place the whole area is covered with thermal insulation and a water tight covering.  The same construction is employed as that used two years previously when the greater part of the roof was redone.

By the end of August all was watertight except for the skylights for the Junior Staffroom; they will arrive after the term starts.

Finally the small area of wall at ground level 
giving access to the quadrangle was put into place.

Finally all is finished....
